These are the little big adventures that cannot be renounced, that make a holiday into a special event.

EXCLUSIVE DAYTIME EXCURSION TO THE LA MADDALENA ARCHIPELAGO

After embarking and departing from the Cannigione small harbour around nine o’clock in the morning, the BonAria navigates along the Sardinian coast in the direction of the north-west islands leaving behind the islands of Spargi and La Maddalena. The destination is the island of Budelli, sailing by Spiaggia Rosa, a.k.a. the world famous Pink Beach, and the Manto della Madonna, a glass-like sea stretch of an amazing brightness located in between and protected by the islands of Budelli, Santa Maria and Razzoli. In one of the sheltered coves of Budelli or Santa Maria, the BonAria will drop anchor to give to its guests the opportunity for a dip in the crystal clear waters before the exquisite lunch is served on board.

During the afternoon, sailing continues in the direction of the Island of La Maddalena, skimming the turquoise coves of Spargi and the singular rock formations of Cala Corsara. The docking and landing at the port of La Maddalena reserves the surprise of discovering an elegant small town full of history. Starting from the seafront marina, a short walk offers the opportunity to purchase souvenirs and gifts in small shops and artisans’ ateliers and workshops overlooking the streets of the town centre. From La Maddalena, a short stretch of navigation brings the BonAria back to the port of Cannigione around six o’clock in the afternoon.

EXCLUSIVE TWO-DAY AND ONE-NIGHT CRUISE TO THE LA MADDALENA ARCHIPELAGO

FIRST DAY
After boarding and departing from the small harbour of Cannigione at eight in the morning, the BonAria sails along the Sardinian coastline towards the north-west islands, hugging the coasts of the islands of Spargi and La Maddalena. Sailing by Spiaggia Rosa, the world famous pink black in Budelli, and by the Manto della Madonna, the natural turquoise water-pool in between the islands of Budelli, Santa Maria and Razzoli, leads to one of the many coves of Santa Maria or Budelli where the Skipper drops anchor for a refreshing dip in the sea before lunch on board prepared by our Chef.
In the afternoon, navigation resumes in the direction of Corsica and the small harbour of Bonifacio where the BonAria docks for the night. In the evocative setting of the deep and narrow inlet, the Crew serves an exquisite dinner after an interesting visit to the ancient town located by the small harbour.

SECOND DAY
After a hearty breakfast, the BonAria departs towards the island of Cavallo, alongside the islands of Santa Maria, Barrettini, Corcelli, Barrettinelli, to arrive at the foot of the imposing lighthouse of the island of Razzoli that dominates the Bocche di Bonifacio and the island of Piana. A swim in the crystal sea prepares body and soul to the pleasures of dining on board.
In the afternoon, the Yacht heads towards the island of Lavezzi, a natural reserve and marine park since 1972, famous for its rich seabeds populated by the rarest fish species. Then it sets sail again, this time time towards La Maddalena along the turquoise waters and the countless little coves of Spargi and the singular rock formations of Cala Corsara. Docking in the small harbour of La Maddalena allows a quick visit to the small town, for some shopping in the boutiques and small craft shops overlooking the streets of the small town centre.
Around seven o’clock in the evening, the BonAria returns to the small harbour of Cannigione. It’s time to say goodbye, or perhaps arrivederci?, knowing that the memory of a rare experience has forever been engraved in our guests’ memory.

the STRAIT of Bonifacio: Lavezzi, Cavallo, the medieval town of Bonifacio and Isola Piana

We set sail from the small harbour of Cannigione at around 9.00am and steer north along the coasts of Gallura, towards Corsica, the small archipelago of Lavezzi and the island of Cavallo, where the intense blueof the waters gives way to the dazzlingly clear sandy shallows and the soft light of granite stone. On land are the faint remains of a small ancient cemetery enveloped in aromas of juniper and mastic; underwater, sea bream dart and chase each other through the posidonia, while sinuous corb fish glide among the vivid colours of the sea-fan corals.

Afterwards, the tour stops at the fortified citadel of Bonifacio, with narrow cobblestone alleyways, houses perched on the white limestone cliff and its characteristic artisan shops. Here you can stop for a tasty lunch at La Caravelle, renowned for its seafood dishes from the gulf, or savour a delicate crepe while strolling along the seafront. The final surprise on our return is a spectacular last glimpse of paradise: the incomparable crystalline turquoise waters of Isola Piana.
