COOKING COURSE: FROM THE VEGETABLE GARDEN TO THE POT

A nice apron, a pair of gloves, a wicker basket under your arm—let’s go for a walk!

Among the furrows in the vegetable garden, guided by our gardener, you will quickly learn to recognize the different plants and choose the most beautiful and ripe fruits. Zucchini, eggplants, peas, tomatoes, lettuce, spring onions: everything that grows in the Mediterranean garden, but fresher and more fragrant than you’ve ever seen before. Ready to be seasoned with rosemary, sage, and bay leaves from our herb garden, sautéed with the estate’s extra virgin olive oil, and transformed into the dish of your choice.
For those who love quiche and omelettes, before we finish, we’ll stop at the enclosure that holds our free-range chickens to choose fresh eggs.

 

Then, into the kitchen we go!
We’ll learn traditional local dishes, observe the chef, listen to his suggestions, steal some kitchen secrets. And then we’ll get to work in the kitchen under his watchful eye. At the end, it’s time to sit down at the table and enjoy everything that you have prepared.

 

The course will cover all aspects of preparation, including serving.
The fee includes a portion of each dish prepared during the course.
