Gallura is known for its legendary country banquets—but it is also a land of simple and light cuisine, of sensible living and robust centenarians.

Our chefs are attentive custodians of Sardinian culinary traditions and of an entirely natural cuisine derived from the finest local ingredients.

We are happy to listen to your individual requests. And, if you’d like, we would love to prepare what you yourself have picked from our large vegetable garden and delivered to our chef, who will also be able to show you the path to where our hens roost freely on the edge of the estate. There, you can experience the joy of choosing a still-warm egg to eat, as has always been the case here.

THE HARMONIES OF TASTE

Bosana, Nera di Gonnos, Pizz’e carroga: these are the varieties of olives we cultivate. Grown naturally and cold-pressed, to ensure fragrant extra virgin olive oil, ideal for seasoning fresh traditional dishes or using as a dip for the produce grown in the large vegetable garden.

The orchard is just a few steps away from the kitchen, With colorful results in the form of delicious natural jams that represent one of the sweetest parts of local culinary tradition.

And finally, tastings in the cellar in the company of our sommelier. Sip on world-renowned Vermentini di Gallura; the Cagnulari red wines, rich and soft; or the famous Cannonau, which is the perfect accompaniment to pecorino and Sardinian mountain salami, served atop crisp carasau flatbread.
