A dynamic adventure focused on pre-Nuragic and Nuragic civilizations, our itinerary takes us past enigmatic, megalithic monuments and the famous nuraghe, imposing dry-built stone towers, unique to Sardinia.

A map, travel documents, and clues hidden among the prehistoric ruins will guide you on a voyage back in time to the age of the mysterious warrior people who proudly ruled all of Sardinia for millennia. You will situate yourself, take photos, consult a multilingual archaeological guide, solve riddles, reconstruct pathways, and find for yourself the route to the most exciting surprises. The winners will enjoy a picnic of local delicacies in the shadow of the estate’s olive trees.

The route winds its way past the so-called “giants’ tomb” at Coddu Ecchju, the Prisgiona nuraghe (an ancient structure found only in Sardinia), the Li Muri necropolis, the giants’ tomb at Li Lolghi, the Albucciu nuraghe, and the giants’ tomb at Moru.

Depart from the Retreat at 9.00 a.m.; return at 1.00 p.m.

The excursion includes: electric car rental, assistance from a multilingual archaeological guide, entrance tickets for the listed archaeological sites, tools for the treasure hunt, and a snack of local food and wine.
